Returns & Exchanges

At éliou, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted jewelry and apparel. If your piece isn't quite right, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the items in their original éliou packaging, ensuring all tags and protective pouches are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our studio, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
